FALL CREEK ASSET MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OF THEIR NEW FIXED INCOME FUND

Fall Creek Asset Management Offers a New Fixed-Income Fund Opportunity to Accredited Investors in Response to the Growing Demand in the Indianapolis Market

June 14, 2019 / / —

June 11, 2019, Indianapolis, IN – Fall Creek Asset Management, a seasoned private real estate investment firm, announced today the launch of its fixed-income Fall Creek Income Fund, created to take advantage of the increasing demand in the Indianapolis real estate market.  Through residential and commercial real estate investments in the single-family, multi-family, land, and business segments, Fall Creek Asset Management’s objective is to provide Accredited Investors with a fixed-income stream backed by real estate.

Fall Creek Asset Management is utilizing the recently created JOBS Act 506(c) financing vehicle to raise capital for its real estate endeavors. Accredited investors may also use 401(K) and IRA accounts to fund 506(c) investments. The Secured Term Certificates being offered through the Fall Creek Income Fund pay fixed interest between 7.25% and 9.75% depending on the term, which ranges from 24 months and 72 months, respectively.  The Certificates will be secured by the assets of the company.

Prior to the JOBS Act, small businesses largely relied on friends and family, venture capitalists and investment bankers to find investors for their private offerings since advertising was prohibited.  And if you were an investor, unless you were well-connected or ultra-wealthy, investment opportunities were hard to come by.  Fall Creek Asset Management is proud to leverage the JOBS Act to provide access to a broader group of Accredited Investors, including investors seeking to align their investment goals with those of the Fund.

Indiana is a prime market for real estate investing, fueled by a strong economy and housing market.  At the end of 2017, economists at Indiana University projected Indiana’s economy to grow in 2018 at a robust rate of 2.8%, outstripping the national rate of 2.6%.   Actual results for 2018 showed Indiana and the country as a whole both exceeding predictions with Indiana’s growth ending around 3.2% for the year and the national rate ending around 3.0%.  For 2019, Indiana’s economy is forecasted to remain strong and continue to outpace the national rate.   Indiana is expected to experience growth across the board – in jobs, numbers of establishments, income levels, wages, as well as gross state product.

The Indianapolis market is rife with market inefficiencies that can be exploited for significant gain through Fall Creek’s intimate knowledge of the area and boots on the ground approach.  Their knowledge of the Indianapolis market, with a firm understanding of supply and demand, has allowed Fall Creek to find bargains in the past and will allow them to find bargains going forward that are ideal for quick turnaround or for income and long-term appreciation, thereby maximizing short-term profit, minimizing risk and maximizing long-term appreciation and profit.

Nov 19, 2019

TOKYO — It was the week after Siya Kolisi's fourth birthday when Nelson Mandela presented Springboks captain Francois Pienaar with the Webb Ellis Cup in a defining moment for rugby, and for South Africa. Kolisi was 16 when the Springboks won their second Rugby World Cup title. There was no television at his home, he recalls, so he had to go to a tavern to watch John Smit lift the trophy after beating England in the 2007 final in Paris. Twelve years on, the first black player appointed as Springboks captain gets a chance to etch his name in history...

England's players stood in a V-formation as the All Blacks performed the haka, with a half-dozen players beyond the halfway line. World Rugby says the sanction is in line with protocol that operates across the international game. The fine is reported to be 2,500 pounds ($3,200) ___...

Another brother, Jordie Barrett, is on the...

Sharp-talker Jones says spy filmed England, lobs barbs at NZ

Nov 19, 2019

TOKYO — It's Rugby World Cup semifinals week and Eddie Jones, one of the sport's sharpest talkers, is in full wind-up mode. The team bearing the brunt of the England coach's barbs? England's opponent on Saturday, the world champion All Blacks. The All Blacks' mental skills coach will be "the busiest bloke in Tokyo," Jones said Tuesday. He described New Zealand's journalists as "fans with laptops." He spoke of "omens" in the week of Japan's enthronement of a new emperor. He even made accusations of spying. "There was definitely someone in the apartment block, filming," Jones claimed after England's morning...

Lomu's legacy looms over NZ-England World Cup semifinal

Nov 19, 2019

TOKYO — One trampling run launched Jonah Lomu to global stardom, ensuring his name will be indelibly linked to a Rugby World Cup semifinal between New Zealand and England. The All Blacks winger's rampaging runs during that era-defining World Cup in South Africa in 1995 were highlighted by his four-try haul against England in the semifinals. Before the teams meet in another semifinal this Saturday in Yokohama, there'll be no avoiding remembrances of Lomu's legacy.
